This screw kit is great for use on taillight housings that have had the holes stripped out. They have the correct size small head to fit in the taillight bezel (unlike hardware store screws) and are the correct length to ensure that they don't poke through and scratch the paint of your car. The threads are a little bigger than stock. When I installed mine, I added a drop of 3-in-1 oil to the threads to help cut the new threads more easily. Very pleased.
