This mounting kit includes a OE correct style mounting bolt that is designed to mount your factory rag joint / steering coupling to your rack and pinion shaft. This bolt features the correct 12 point head design as well as the proper hex flange head to ensure a proper fit. This bolts is finished in the original style phosphate & oil and features the the correct triangle head markings like original. So if you are looking to replace you rusted or missing factory mounting bolt NPD has you covered!
Restoration Note:
This bolt was compared to all the 1979 Fox Mustangs as well as the last 1993 Fox Mustang and the 1993 Cobra that are in the NPD collection and they all feature the triangle head marking.
