I bought these screws primarily because of the rubberized coating as the holes in my car were a bit worn out but the coating was only at the bottom of the screw but the scuff plate is so thin it needs to be at the top where the screw is actually biting the sheet metal. Otherwise they were fine screw with a nice chrome finish.
