These are the exact same replacement screws found in 71-73 Mustangs that attach the glove box door hinge. The only difference is 6 are required for the glove box vs the four that included in this mounting kit. These are very difficult (impossible) to find with the 5/16" Hex head & the washer. 8-32 screws are common but never with a 5/16 head. I waited till I got these before making this review and hope it helps others.
