These fasteners are threaded inset type rivers and require a threaded rivet tool to install. They are strong and my mirrors no longer shake when driving.

Don’t forget the install tool. Unfortunately I did not read it close enough or understand the description completely. The tool is $3; shipping $13. I call NPD and asked if they would ship at there cost as I have spent a lot of money with this catalog store. Nope! You can fabricate a way to install but get the install tool. Totally worth the $3!
