I bought this when adding the GT fog lights to my non GT car. It turns out all the hardware required was included in those parts. Also, the included hardware was better. This may be stock (I don't know) but the nuts with the CPC parts were better. Buying this was my insurance for not waiting a week for parts again, but I didn't need it.
