There is no cutout for the antenna on the right front fender of a 1969 Camaro.

Back in the 60’s, new cars arrived at the dealership with no
antenna hole in the fender, and the antenna was either in the passenger
compartment or the trunk, waiting to be installed by the dealership. Dealers
had a template for the correct hole placement, but some dealers didn’t bother
with that and just “winged it” in the general area of the RH fender.. And some
customers wanted their antennas mounted on the ¼ panel… And some cars came radio-delete,
and never GOT an antenna… And some cars over the years have had fenders
replaced, antennas installed slightly off, etc..
For that reason, car covers for classic-era cars never
come with antenna holes pre-cut. It would be an exercise in futility. 5 out of
10 buyers would have to return the cover, because the hole didn’t line-up or
was in the wrong place entirely.
