They are very flimsy. The mounting screw would not stay in the middle position. I ended up having to epoxy it. The price for a thin piece of aluminum seems way to high.

Shape and size fit perfectly and it looks good. I did have to use an original mounting screw for the middle position because the plastic mount is too thin for how far the flange sticks out but that is a minor issue to me as i had it from the original molding.
