This is perfect replacement for a 1969 Mustang Convertible. Like the ad states, it DID NOT require the nylon bushings.

Very satisfied with lift cylinders. Had done research that indicated these were not the least expensive but they were the best. I believe in this case you get what you pay for.

I removed the protective plastic caps from the mounting holes and tried to mount the cylinders. The original nylon bushings were a bit too long and had to be shortened to make them fit. I wasn't sure if the plastic caps were intended to be replacement for the original bushings. If so, installation instructions should be clearer. The cylinders functioned well after I figured out why they would not fit.

Seems like a high quality product. Existing bushings' length had to be trimmed a bit to fit in the holes on the cylinder. Cylinders worked well after hydraulic system was installed.

Arrived early, was well packed. Only had these installed for a few days so no idea of the quality. Reading many different mustang forums, there seemed to be general agreement these were the best on the market. Hope this is correct.
