RESISTOR, 50 WATT / 6 OHM LOAD, ALUMINUM HOUSING, INCL (1) RESISTOR AND 2 CONNECTORS, MOUNTING HARDWARE, DESIGNED TO SIMULATE THE LOAD OF AN INCANDESCENT BULB, HELP ELIMINATE LED TURN SIGNAL ISSUES, 1 REQD PER LED BULB
This load resistor may be required we converting over to LED style headlights. This 6 ohm, 50 watt resistor is used to simulate the load of a regular filament style bulb (approx 2 amp load). This resistor is designed to help solve LED related turn signal problems such as hyper flashing or no flashing at all. So if you have recently installed LED headlight and are having some of these issues look at picking up one of these resistors today!
Installation Note:
One resistor is required for each LED headlight to help with the proper load of each light.
Load resistors can produce significant amount of heat and should be installed with no contact to paint, plastic or combustible materials for proper safety.
Note :
These load resistors can be used on not LED headlights but can be used on LED style taillights or any other location that a proper load is required.
