LATCH ASSY, Hood, repro, very late 67 style with long catch guides, These replaced the shorter 67 style and there is evidence that some very late production 67 cars in July or August received this longer style, We STRONGLY recommend that the latch be lubed at the contact points and pivots prior to installation, White Lithium works well as will other similar lubricants, WD-40 is not a true lubricant! See 16700-1BSK, 16700-1BK, 16700-1CK for mounting hardware options, We have a December 67 scheduled build date Metuchen car (133xxx) with the longer style hood latch so the use may be a lot earlier that originally thought.
