Latch itself is functional. For whatever reason the latch is manufactured with 10-32 mounting screw holes instead of the OEM size (12-24). The smaller screws seem like they will pull out of the door shell. If they could get the screw size right they would be 5 stars. It may be possible to drill and tap them to the larger (correct) 12-24 thread.
