I had ordered 5 cans of this paint and the first 2 I used were absolutely perfect in their color when I painted some different parts the color was way off (orange) I contacted John, and he was extremely helpful and understood the problem and got me 3 more cans of medium ginger that were perfect. Couldn’t ask for anything more- this was over the top great service!! I get it- it’s paint and the formula may have been a bit off that day but NPD MADE MY DAY!! Thank you
