Replacement style. Kit includes 4 U-bolts with nuts, 2 front eye bolts with nuts and washers, rear shackles with rubber bushings to fit 1 spring eye, and 4 leaf spring rubber insulators 5741. Kit includes correct length 7 long U-bolts which were used with the 67-70 & late 72-73 factory leaf spring spacer and insulators.
