Like the driver side rail assembly I purchased a month prior, this is a solid part and well constructed. I actually like this one better, but I do wish they were both the same. The key difference about this one is the aprons are a one piece. That is nice and removes the standard rust hole problem where the two aprons normally overlap. I guess I should have purchased them at the same time, but it's hard to be disappointed with a better quality replacement than original. Buying this as a sub assembly is saving a lot of costs on welding and assembly, including potential minor alignment issues with assembling sub parts.
