Hydroelectric Power Steering Pump Conversion

Replaces your engine mounted hydraulic pump with an electric unit freeing up horsepower and de-cluttering your engine compartment. Programmed to work with an angle sensor and CAN protocol, the convertor talks to the pump via the angle sensor, ramping up the system pressure as needed. No noticeable delay or drop in pressure when input is exerted at the steering wheel. The wiring harness is essentially plug and play requiring only a hot ignition source and full 12v power from the battery. The system draw is anywhere between 1 amp and 45 amps spending most of its time in the lower amp range. Includes 6 feet of high pressure and low pressure hoses which allows for many mounting location options. Maximum pressure is rated at 1900 psi at 5 gallons per minute and the maximum length of the hoses is 17 feet.
