This type of clamp is superior to the worm screw design found in most applications. It doesn't eat into the hose as you tighten it down.

Terrible product. Broke when i tried to put on the hose. It simply doesn't fit. I tried a variety of options to make it fit.

These clamps are made ok but are too small to easily install over the hose. Once you get it on the hose and try to slip it on your part it is almost impossible. It can be done but way too hard.
