The description says this is the correct original A-body seal without showing or telling you which one. This SKU is the hard rubber O cross-section type not the A-frame-like foam rubber type. If this is installed on a car that shipped with foam rubber seals it will not sit entirely flat when forced to curve and will not crush down to a height permitting proper hood positioning. So make sure you get what matches what you have. Generally, NPD is dead-on and cheaper than others but I'll disagree with them on their general claim, this time.

Not even close to the original. Far too stiff and the profile is not close. But for $9.95 I guess you get what you pay for. I'll check American Soft Seal and see if they offer one.
