Terrible fit. Studs are not straight so it requires huge holes to be drilled through the hood.

Appearance is a good replica of a Boss 429 hood scoop. The main concern is the flimsy way that the attaching bolts are woven into the fiberglass. I will be re-working the attaching bolts with a much sturdier reinforcement, then it should function fine.

The front of the scoop has a radius where it meets the hood but Ford's did not, making the front stick up in the air. The stud screws were not perpendicular to the hood or parallel to each other making it difficult to drill holes accurately in the hood. the inside wings at the opening are cut at angle up from the hood but Fords touch the hood. A simple wood fixture would solve this when molding in the screws.
