What a great improvement over the original cardboard. Much better than the original. Ford should have made them this way in 1966.

It took a bit of work to get the plenum to fit the heater core. Had to bend the piece it connects to in order for it slide over. Once I got it installed, it works great and nice to have heat and defrost in the car again.

Item needed due to ripping of original cardboard one. I didn't want to remove the heater box so I figured I could just R&R it in the car. The holes didn't line up with the original so I had to drill new ones. The upper ones were not visible to me. It might fit perfectly if installed as a unit out of the car.
