I was pleasantly surprised at the good quality of this headliner. The black color is very dark and consistent as it should be. It's very durable. I was able to pull it nice and snug during install without any tearing or threads pulling apart. There's plenty of material for installing which allowed me to cut away any extra after I installed it. (There is no extra material for covering the sail panels.) FYI, I wasn't able to get it to stick using headliner adhesive from a spray can. It wouldn't stick to the white, backing fabric and simply fell away the next day after I removed the clamps I used for installation. Black weatherstripping adhesive worked much better.

Good fit and finish. Strong. I used a heat gun on the fold wrinkles from being in the box before installing. I pulled very hard on it with no damage during install. I used the NPD rubber cement. I installed the bows, trimmed the sleeves back, installed the bows and headliner. Glued it in at back window, pulled it tight and glued at windshield, then pulled the sides and glued. I bought the NPD sail panels and courtesy lights and they fit perfect.
