Quality is decent. Rubber on the part that is supposed to reside in the hole in the firewall is slightly dry and crumbly, but not fatally so. Does not fit my '74 Firebird, however, as the description suggests. Turns out my car has a 1" hole in the firewall for the speedo cable, and this one is too big. Yes, I am sure I am using the correct hole in the firewall.
