Ordered an extra one some how, when I tried to return the company wanted $15 to email me a return label and I would still have to pay full shipping charges which he said he had no clue. Shipping costs were 9 and change for this product and other stuff to mail back the extra it was 85. So he expected me to pay more than the cost of the product and said hey it’s your fault you ordered it online. I don’t know about anyone else but when I had to return online orders from other companies they were more than willing to send a shipping label and gave their cost for shipping. The two individuals I dealt with were rude and couldn’t care less about customer service. I will never buy again from NPD.

The last thing we ever intend to be is rude, but I cannot even really understand/follow this rambling review. Folks, we pride ourselves upon top-notch customer service. And when WE make a mistake, or ship you a sub-standard or damaged product, or ship you the wrong product, anything that's our mistake... We take care of it. That's on us. But mistakes made during the online ordering process, i.e. accidentally ordering the wrong amount, ordering stuff you don't need, ordering stuff that you later on decide you don't want, we do not and cannot bear the burden of return-shipping expenses... Because shipping can be insanely expensive, as this customer unfortunately discovered. It is indeed important to be careful and re-check your order before submitting. And we are always available toll-free if you have any questions prior to submitting. Our return policies are based in good-faith and ethics, and I'm sorry that this transaction went so sideways. If only I could better understand all of the back/forth $15 $9 $85 going on. Rick, NPD
