1) Removing all door hinges from the vehicle (can do one side or hinge at a time).
2) Remove stock springs, hinge pin, detent, and detent pins from hinges.
3) Ream or drill out the middle part of the hinges to 11/32".
4) Install bushing in the middle part of the hinges.
5) Install hinge pins, detent, detent pins, detent bushing and springs.
6) Grease zerk and reinstall.
