I recently changed my transmission on my ‘68 Mustang from a 3 speed to a 4 speed out of a ‘69 Mustang. Along with the transmission swap I changed the 8” rear end with a 9” rear end that came out of a ‘70 Mustang. I was not sure what gear I needed to get my speedometer to be accurate. So I used a calculator I found on google. It told me the right gear I needed so I took the gamble and picked what it said. This gear turned out to be the perfect match. I tested my speedometer with a speedometer app I had in my phone, it is dead on. Works perfect
