Description

TANK, Fuel, by TANKS INC. (Set Up for Fuel Injected Engines), 24 gallon (factory tank is 20 gallon capacity), installs / appears as original, measures 37-1/4" x 30" x 7-3/4", coated galvanized steel with a silver powder coated outer finish

A "Fuel Injection Ready" tank for your 1964 Pontiac GTO, Lemans and Tempest is now available! Looks like an OE tank when installed, and a 1 inch deeper than stock height allows for a larger 24 gallon capacity (factory is 20 gallons), and finished in a silver powder coated finish. Features EFI style internal baffling with extra large 4.8 liter dual tube baffled fuel tray to prevent fuel pump starvation, perfect for a pro-touring, autocross or road racing ride. Fuel pump and sender are recessed in the tank for easy installation with no modification needed to your car.

Note:

This is the tank with filler neck (2 piece design with 2 inch section of rubber connection) and mounting straps only; fuel pump / gasket and sending unit sold separately.
