This unique kit prevents theft of the cap or fuel by locking the cap to the filler neck by way of a cross pin. To remove the cap you must open the trunk and pull the pin. This will allow the cap to twist off. Works only with twist style caps. Will not work with pop open gas caps. NO drilling required to install.
