2 sided. Torque boxes were first used on hardtops in 1967 on the LH side only. These will fit 67 they just were not original to that year.

Nice quality part. Gives you the correct look for early mustangs as opposed to the 68 versions coming out now. It does require a little modification for the step in the floor at the upper left front.
