Very sturdy and stabe. I am sure it will improve the strength of my car. It will definitely need it with the coyote swap!

This is junk!! Doesn't fit, it's typical to need to manipulate a torque box to get it fitting nice but these one need major cutting and changing to make them go close to fitting well. Just spend the extra and get the Canadian made Spectra brand. I sent mine back and got Spectra! Kiwi Classics and Customs
