This OE Style mounting kit from National Parts Depot is designed to get your Mustang Suspension back in proper working order. This front strut to spindle mounting kit includes 2 class 10.9 strut to spindle bolts, 2 class 10.9 mounting nuts and 1 class 4 Anti lock sensor bracket thin nuts. The mounting bolts in this kit feature a dark gray / black finish similar to the factory hardware and have the proper 21mm hex flange head design. These bolts also feature the correct partial thread design that the factory used to ensure a proper fit. The mounting nuts feature a phosphate & oil finish similar to factory as well as the correct TOP LOCK design that the original nuts featured. These nuts are also the correct 24mm wrench size that is an exact match to the original nuts. Last is the correct thin hex head nut that was used to mount the factory Anti Lock sensor bracket to the strut mount bolt end. So if you are looking for not only the best but also as correct to factory hardware as possible this is the kit for you.
Note:
When replacing your factory front struts it is recommended to replace the mounting hardware at the same time. This kit ensures a proper fit.
Installation Note:
This kit is designed to mount one side of your Mustang strut to spindle. Two kits are required for a complete car.
Product Note:
All original factory hardware was a 10.9 classification and is why NPDs kit features the same classification.
Restoration Note:
Sometime during the SN95 history Ford changed the finish on some of the hardware from a gray / black finish to a silver finish. This hardware kit is designed after the earlier style hardware.
