Made solid. However, the welded sway bar mount is set back, two inches further than the original. Still trying to find out why. I called NPD, but they didn’t have any technical specs, on why? I will probably end up removing and reweld into the correct location to match original

Very well made piece. Excellent reproduction of the original. I did call ahead and asked if the crush nuts for the power steering bracket were already installed, and I was told they are not. I asked because I didn’t want to order those nuts with the installation kit if it wasn’t necessary. Well, I ordered the kit and when the frame arrived it does have them pre- installed. Not worth returning the kit, would probably cost as much in postage as the kit costs. Just wanted to let all know so others won’t double purchase.

Excellent product, very well made. Fit perfectly. Yes, I installed this in a 66 coupe and did have to remove the sway bar mount. I used my original and that’s the only minor issue. No big deal at all.
