It could have been packed better. Mine arrived with the front of the panel bent and poking out of a tear in the box. UPS must have dropped it in transit. There was insulating paper along the sides but nothing in the front or back to protect it from damage. It can be hammered back into shape, but NPD should realize that UPS doesn't really care about delivering undamaged goods. Insert foam or something along the ends when shipping long panels.
