If you have been looking for the correct side brackets and mounting hardware for your 1979 Pace Car, 1980-81 Cobra or 1982 Mustang GT Front Air Damn, NPD has you covered with this exclusive kit! This new kit is designed to give you all the correct brackets and mounting hardware to properly mount the RH and LH side Front Air Dam to the front bumper cover section. Each kits includes (4) OE Style Mounting brackets that are based off the original D9ZZ-8T234-A Ford part number and feature the correct 1/4-20 stud / thread. Also included in this kit is (4) OE correct style Hex Head washer style mounting nuts that are finish in the correct Phosphate & Oil finish and have the correct washer size to ensure a proper fit and installation. Lastly this kit includes (8) OE style aluminum mounting rivets for proper bracket to air dam installation. Installation Note:
These brackets are designed to go on the outer section on the RH and LH side Front air Dam and have the stud section go thru the proper cutouts on the air dam. They are designed to work only with Original or OE Ford Tooling Front Air Dam / Upper Valance Panels. See NPD part number M-17626-2A for correct Air Dam.
Restoration Note:
Each Air Dam uses (2) of these brackets per side and are designed to mount the outer sections of the Air Dam to the lower front bumper cover. NPD part number M-17626-2A Front Air Dam from Daniel Carpenter does not include these brackets.
