This is 3 pieces welded together, not a one piece unit. I would of preferred to of tig welded it myself. I did not ask if it was one piece. Hope it helps some one else. Have not installed yet.

The rails are sectioned/welded together out of three pieces, because the U.S. manufacturer does not have presses LARGE enough to stamp the entire rail section in 1-piece. Our imported rail assemblies (103-5ALH and 103-5RH) feature a 1-piece stamped rail, cleaner/smoother stampings, as well as e-brake bracket and axle bumper bracket. Both the U.S. rail and the imported rail fit-up well, and are of good quality. It's really a matter of where your priorities lie, as the U.S.-made rails are made with thicker U.S. steel, and fit well.
