The Ford Performance Clutch Kit M-7560-A302N is designed for mildly modified Mustangs that need a boost in holding capacity. This heavy-duty diaphragm-type clutch assembly provides approximately 40% more capacity than a standard Mustang clutch, making it an ideal upgrade for enthusiasts who want to maintain smooth acceleration and maintain control while driving aggressively.
Manufacture Info: -Fits all 1986-01 Mustang GT, 1993-98 Cobra with T-5 or T45 Transmissions.-Consists of clutch disc, pressure plate and throwout bearing -Heavy duty diaphragm type clutch assembly with approximately 40 % more capacity than stock Mustang clutch. -Clutch disc has 1-1/16-inch - 10 spline hub. -Consists of M-7550-A302N disc, M-7563-A302N pressure plate and D9ZZ-7548-A throwout bearing.
Installation Note:
-OK to mix and match Ford Racing clutch discs and pressure plates but do NOT install a FRPP pressure plate with a stock disc or vice-versa as disengagement problems may occur.-Metric fasteners and dowel pins must be used with 10.5" clutches M-6397-A302 / NPD # M-7563-6FRK -Clutches have NO warranty!-Also recommended Roller Pilot Bearing M-7600-A (M-7600-3FR) or M-7600-B (M-7600-110FR) -Installation of 10.5" clutch assemblies on 1979-85 vehicles equipped with 10" clutch requires new flywheel. Metric fasteners and dowel pins must be used with 10.5" clutches. Requires metric pressure plate bolts N602549-S51M and alignment dowel pins D1FZ-6397-B.
