Ford 4100 4v Carb Exterior Screw Kit

Kit includes Fillister head screws and washers for the top to bottom cover, accelerator pump cover, power valve cover, choke housing, choke thermostat, heater hose cover, secondary diaphragm cover, and dash pot bracket. See 9510-4VKH for Hipo manual choke add on kit.

Note that some carbs from 1958-1964 may have used screws different from the Fillister head screws included in this kit. It is known that some 58-64 2v carbs used special hex washer head screws on the power valve and accelerator pump covers.

#10-32 x 5/8 used on top to bottom covers, use with lock washers.
#10-32 x 1/2 used on dash pot bracket, use with lock washers.
#8-32 x 1/2 used on accelerator pump cover (4) & power valve cover (4) plus lock washers (4).
#8-32 x 1 3/4 used on choke housing to carb body, use with lock washers.
#8-32 x 3/8 used on choke thermostat to choke housing (3) and on heater hose cover (2).
#8-32 x 3/4 used on secondary diaphragm cover, use with lock washers.
#10 external tooth lock nut used on primary throttle shaft (choke side) to fast idle screw bracket.
5/16 nut used on dash pot to bracket.
