I was expecting a bare steel pan but it came in black primer which may have been a good thing. The pan fit perfect and the rear section but is a tad short from meeting up to the inner rocker near the front. This will require me to redo the bend on the edge to get a better fit along the entire inner rocker. Could just be my car.

Fitment was great. Only issue is the shifter hole is not correct for my 69. Had to cut it 3/4" to the front and rear, cut out the underside bracket, and weld in the 1 1/2" longer bracket. If your car is a 69, like mine, or likely 70 check the shifter hole on the old and new before you start. Other than that, which to me was no big deal, it went right in and the fitment was great.
