I bought this for my 1966 Mustang equipped with a deluxe (wood grain) steering wheel . I am having a problem with the horn sounding when I turn a corner. I noticed the steering wheel had a little slop in it (I had put a new top bearing in not long ago). I thought a new hub would fix the problem as the slop was between the bearing and the hub allowing just enough for the contacts to make (and horn sound). After installing the new hub it was apparent the (chrome ) turn signal leveler barely lined up with screw hole in the turn signal switch. I managed to screw the turn signal lever into the hole using a crescent wrench but the lever is now stiff and rubs against the hub. I don't have anymore slop in the steering wheel so I'm happy about that. I compared the original unit with the now installed replacement and noted the slot for the turn signal lever is wider but not as deep as the original hub. I recommend the manufacture alter the die for a better fit. For anyone purchasing current stock (for their Mustang) I'd recommend using a die grinder and removing a little bit of material for the turn signal lever. Overall a good product except for this one issue.
