Definitely NOT what I thought I was getting. The print descriptions are faded / washed out in many places and there is a watermark on each page from the person / company who scanned the manual into a file. There is good detail, as you would expect from a shop manual, but some of it is not legible.

We are sorry that you are disappointed with this Assembly Manual set. But if it makes you feel any better, the same watermarks and occasional faded/washed-out areas exist in the print manuals as well. The original print quality on these manuals was never very good, and original samples are exceedingly rare to find.. So when reproducing/scanning them, it just kind of is what it is.

For quite a long time these manuals were not reproduced, and since originals were rare, hobbyists just did the best they could do without them. So they’re not perfect by any stretch, but they’re still worth their weight in gold for the clear/usable information that they DO contain, in that context. Warts and all, these manuals are invaluable and an absolute "must" to have.
