Replacement. 2 15/32” center hole diameter, 3 29/32” stud spacing. Steel sandwich with steel crush seal. Used with heat riser valve. Fits 2 1/4” pipes and related spacer 9A427-1A. Modify bolt holes in gasket for proper distance. Elongate the stud holes outward about 1/8”

Not even close to fitting a gt390 or 428 manifold spacer. No amount of filing would have fixed. The #9045 gasket that I found and modified was the ticket.
