When asked for more details and/or photos, we received no reply. The manufacture of this pipe has sold over 583 kits over the past 21 years without a single issue or complaint of this nature. So we are simply perplexed.

Same customer, a year later?? This time, we went to the trouble of calling customers who have purchased and installed this kit in the past 18 months. Every customer we contacted relayed that the system installed without a hitch. All pleasant and positive conversations, a couple being professional shops. Given that the cars are now 50-60 years old, often with unknown collision/rust/repair histories, the fit and installation of a full-length exhaust system can sometimes be compromised due to the car it's being installed to. But given that these systems are computer bent to a digitized pattern and fixture-tested, and given that we've been selling this same system for decades now, by the hundreds and hundreds, we are confident in the proper fit. I also searched on the more-prominent forums that I'm aware of, and found no threads pertaining to the fit (or lack thereof) of this specific system. But there's a point at which we cannot ship an Elf in the box to install the merchandise.
