Exact Repro Front Valance Panel Outer Bracket Set for (79-82)

These units are designed to be a direct replacement for your original outer front valance panel brackets used on your 1979 Indy Pace car or 1980-1982 Cobra or GT front end. These exclusive units from NPD are based off the original D9ZZ-17C787-A part number and are as close to original as possible. These black plastic brackets are located on the RH and LH side right behind the Fog lights. They attach to the metal bracket and extend outward to allow additional mounting points for the upper and lower valance panels to be attached together. These brackets have a Z like shape and can become brittle or even broken from years of abuse or even be missing from your front end. So if you are looking to complete the front end of your early Fox Mustang then these brackets might be just the part you are looking for!

Restoration Note:

These brackets do not include any original hardware. You must reuse your original hardware. NPD is working with suppliers to try and find or reproduce the correct unique hardware.

These units were also used on 1984-86 Mecury Capri RS models. Ford Listing show the D9ZZ-17626-B unit as going all the way to the 1986 Capri model.

In the original Ford illustration these backets are show as the side or outer brackets on the RH and LH side. The front valance also used a larger center bracket as well.
