If your original sway bar mounting bracket adapters have seen better day then picking up some of these new units from NPD reproduction is just what you need. These units are designed to be exact reproductions of the originals and are based off the original E6SZ-5B482-A & F4ZZ-5B482-A Ford part numbers. This unit features the correct 2.5 inch height as well as the correct shape and bends just like original. They are designed to fit either RH or LH side and are black powder coated to ensure a like new finish. So, if your original brackets have seen better days, look at picking up some of these new units from NPD today!
Restoration Note:
These front sway bar bracket adapters were based off original NOS samples. The original E6SZ-5B482-A Ford part numbers were replaced by the F4ZZ-5B482-A number. NPD has compared these two original Ford part numbers to find that they look almost identical. NPD reproduction units are based off the later F4ZZ-5B482-A Ford part number.
Installation Note:
This sway bar bracket is designed to install just like your factory unit. It is designed to be used with original or NPD reproduction sway bar mounting bracket. See NPD part number M-5486-5A for correct bracket. This unit will also work with factory or aftermarket sway bar bushings.
This bracket is also designed to work with factory or NPD reproduction front sway bar retainer plates. See NPD part number M-5486-1SAK or M-5486-2SAK for correct kits.
