29/32” diameter, includes 7mm bleeder screw. 1/4” drum brake bleeder screws were factory standard until sometime in 1972 when the change was made to the 3/8” bleeders probably due to the propensity of the 1/4” bleeders to break off if slightly corroded. All factory drum bleeders from 1972 on were 3/8” including all bleeders found on replacement wheel cylinders produced after that date for the earlier cylinders. Verify your bleeder size before ordering. Concours rules require the use of 1/4” bleeders on all 1972 and prior vehicles with drum brakes.
