Concours. (12). Screws. Correct black oxide finish. This screw is 1/8 longer than original (1/2 vs 3/8). This difference is not noticeable when installed.
This kit contains #8 pan head screws we have found that Ford typically used on these cars. The factory assembly manuals and parts books called for a #6 pan head screw. See 20530-4AK for this optional kit.
This kit contains fasteners that are duplicates of the originals as defined within the factory assembly manuals. Assembly plants and specific build dates may have used hardware different than that specified within these manuals. Variations do exist. Ultimately it is up to the individual to determine whether a specific part is correct for their particular car.
