The door itself is a very good reproduction part. The sheet metal is of an adequate gauge, the stamping is good, and the interior grain is good. However, the decision to ship this product by UPS in the same box your supplier provides was a poor one. I have received two of these doors that were both dropped on their ends and damaged the door to the point where it would cost more to repair the damage than I paid for the door to begin with. Now, I know you have no control over UPS or any other carrier once the product leaves your warehouse, but I feel you should really go back to shipping via truck freight in a better box. I also understand the competitive pressure you are under when other aftermarket companies are shipping free via ground delivery. At the very least, take these doors out of their original box and put some extra padding around the ends. This might prevent at lease some of the damage that occurs.

Door arrived with some minor shipping damage even with all the christmas wrapping paper. The door door latch mounting holes do not really line up very well, one still doesn't want to seat in the recessed mounting hole. Overall the fender is better than the rusted out one on the car.

i purchased this door at the NC location, i purchased the expensive door, still checking it out little worried, there are mirror mounting holes in the wrong location and the inside grain is also in the door jam's i worried, anyone else have this issue? the guys at NPD are very helpful and know the issues just hope there is no others problems
