I bought four window knobs, they are nice, but did not include the door panel isolator to the knob, so one doesn't wear out the door panel. I looked to buy four isolators but cannot find them on your site.

I ordered two of these handles to hopefully match the two Dynacorn vent window handles that I also ordered from NPD for my ‘71 El Camino. These handles seem ok quality wise, but aren’t a close enough match for my liking. It would be nice if Dynacorn made an exact match to their own vent handles, but it seems that they don’t! These handles are packaged Classic Headquarters Inc., but more research has taught me that Classic Headquarters Inc also makes a W-926A model that is nearly an exact copy of the OEM original handles, and should also be a very close match to my new Dynacorn vent handles from NPD. I have these on order and we’ll see once they arrive. I’m giving only 3 stars because of NPD’s poor description details, such as manufacturer of each and every handle they offer, and needing more photo angles in order to make a better choice. Buying handles shouldn’t have to be an expensive “trial and error” process to finally end up with matching handles on the same door!

I ordered a part specifically for my year & make of vehicle recommended by their catalog for my car. The shipping for this part cost more than the actual car part. The part did not fit my vehicle. I contacted customer service and was advised to return the part at my expense, paying for the overpriced shipping once again. I refuse to do this and want to let others know of this tactic by this company. Unfortunately I will no longer be doing business with National Parts Depot due to this poor customer service treatment.
