With no surprise the box was crushed by the USPS and as I removed the door panel with caution the lower corner was cracked from the poor handling and lack of no interior packing or protective foam. Rather than the hassle of return and damage complaint and the fact that these panels are so rare I decided to keep the damaged panel. It's still better than what I have, just disappointed overall. Plus, delivery tracking estimated 12:00-4:30PM. Doorbell rang at 8:00PM, driver dropped and ran.
