Shorter wire version of the Digital EZ harness to give you that professional touch for you aftermarket digital gauge installation! Use this kit for aftermarket dashes that provide wires from their system. The connectors are a direct fit onto the factory 14-pin connectors in your dash. No need to hack up your OEM wiring and can be reversed in the future. Utilizing 18-awg Automotive grade TXL wire, the kit comes with wire loom and pre labeled wires and hardware to make your install EZ. The factory connectors often have minimal length wires which makes splicing even more of a head ache. They solve that problem for you! Save time and frustration with the Digital EZ harness installation kits.
Short style kits are designed to be used with the following aftermarket gauges. Autometer Invision, Holley Pro Dash, Intellitronix or New Vintage gauges. See NPD part number M-10R847-1R for correct long style to be used with Dakota Digital style dashes
Each kit includes (2) Digital EZ harness connectors, braided loom with shrink tubing, zip ties, (4) heat shrink weatherproof butt connectors, peel and stick mounting pads, velcro, T-tap wire tap, self tapping screw (for ground connection to chassis ground) and installation instructions.
Installation Note:
Depending on your installation location & application extra butt connectors may be needed. Unused wire should be taped or use use shrink tubing to seal off ends
Note:
This kit can be used for both the 79-80 and 81-86 5.0 Mustangs. Follow wire instructions as some wires wont be used based on year of your car. See NPD part numbers M-10R847-3R or M-10R847-3RS for 87-93 Kits.
