Deluxe Door Panels, Black with Black Carpet

Mounting holes are way off, had to elongate them. Backing foam filled the mounting holes, the lock hole, and the mirror remote hole whereby I had to precariously cut out and not cut through the vinyl skin. Even with doing that the mirror remote bezel barely would thread on. The molded recess for the passenger side did not follow the stainless trim so shows a gap. The window cranks barely go through the molded hole and rub the bottom of the hole. Both panels are short to the bottom of the doors so had to drill new holes to mount the bottom screws. FWIW, the passenger door is original and the driver's door is a NPD repro so they did not make the difference in panel fit. I tried to compare these with the TMI panels at the store but could not tell the difference without the parts that mount on them to use as a guide.

This is precisely why we carry the more-expensive but-superior TMI panels (PD-0-A). The TMI panels are more true-to-original, crisper in all of the right places/details, and better constructed. I regret that you were unable to recognize all of these attributes at our counter, because the TMI panels are absolutely worth the extra money.
